From Luminous Shade

Nov 26

From Luminous Shade poignantly combines Ann McGarrell’s versions of poems from Giuseppe Ungaretti’s Il Dolore (Sorrow) with the paintings of Margaret Lampe Kannenstine.  Their dialogue of words & images emerges from deep losses each artist experienced with the death of a son.

Kannenstine & McGarrell will be appearing on November 26 at 3pm in the Norman Williams Public Library.  Books will be available for purchase at the event & are currently available at local bookshops.
